| Work in progress, a few more figures to do and put the moon and clouds in. The painting is in reference to Paul Gauguin trying to capture innocence, he never really found it. So I created the idea of innocence out of my mind, the figures are purely fictional. I did use faces and personalities of my different friends at the University of Hawaii at Hilo... Hawaiian Wahines playing on the beach being mischievous...Hopefully to finish and frame in the year 2006... |
